Executive Operations Manager (EA+ / Chief-of-Staff–Lite)
Location: On-site, Ahmedabad Type: Full-time, in-office Reports to: Founder/CEO
Why this role exists
Own the CEO's operating rhythm, keep the company's day-to-day humming, and serve as the checker and cross-trained backup for critical treasury/payroll processes. This is a hands-on operator role—not a virtual EA.
What you'll do
Exec & operating cadence
•
Run CEO calendar, meeting prep, notes, and follow-through; maintain clean action backlogs (Asana).
•
Drive weekly ops stand-ups, monthly reviews, and close-the-loop on decisions.
Hiring & people ops (light)
•
Coordinate end-to-end hiring: JDs, sourcing, scheduling, evaluations, offers, and onboarding in HRIS (e.g., SumHR).
•
Maintain org docs, access checklists, and offboarding runbooks.
Travel & events
•
Plan complex domestic/international travel (flights, hotels, visas), optimize rewards/GST documentation.
•
Coordinate conference outreach, vendor/speaker follow-ups, and budgets.
General operations
•
Vendor onboarding paperwork, digital signatures, insurance renewals, payment recovery follow-ups.
•
Keep SOPs current; ensure SLAs are published and met across ops services.
Treasury/Payroll redundancy (checker & backup)
•
Serve as checker in maker–checker payment flows; execute simple banking via templates in emergencies.
•
Run due-date checklists for payroll/TDS/GST/PT; coordinate with CA/backstop.
Quant trading support (ops-facing)
•
Coordinate tickets, vendor SLAs, and renewals for trading tools; ensure timely margin-ops handshakes with Treasury.
