Job Description:


Responsibilities:

• Participate in client calls / meetings with sales rep to understand the client business need.

• Understand customers' business issues and seek information on both explicit and implicit needs of a customer.

• Create compelling solutions and proposals which address the client need within specified budget.

• Determine the scope of a curriculum / course in terms of measurable learning goals within the framework of client requirements.

• Ensure that RFPs and RFIs responses are proper and on-time.

• Collaborate with other MRCC team members to come up with a comprehensive proposal and effort estimate to help the sales team.

• Design blended/online learning programs based on specific business challenges.

• Suggest appropriate instructional strategies and learning theories to meet learning goals.

• Provide quick and accurate estimates for development effort to sales team.

• Be on the top of market trends and developments in learning industry so that MRCC can pitch those solutions and services to its clients.

Educational Qualifications:



Any graduation

Job Responsibilities:



• Experience in presales or solution design for corporate / higher-education verticals.

• Hands-on experience needed in writing and reviewing proposals, SOWs and contracts

• Basic effort estimation and project planning experience is required

• Ability to analyse customer requirement, customer provided artefacts and come up with a right set of solution is a must

• Ability to self-manage multiple RFPs, proposals and deadlines

• Well versed with e Learning development tools, LMS and LCMS is required

• Good communicator and exposure to overseas customers is a must
Preferred:

• Experience in designing and developing high-end learning products such as business simulations, games, and videos

• Experience in conducting training needs analysis (TNA).

• Tech savvy and exposure of learning technologies

• Exposure of bid management
