About the Role:

We are seeking a talented and creative
Graphic Designer & Visualiser
to join our team. The ideal candidate is a visual storyteller who can translate concepts into compelling designs across digital and print media. You will work closely with the marketing, branding, and product teams to bring campaigns, identities, and stories to life with a strong visual appeal.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conceptualize and design engaging visual content for branding, marketing campaigns, social media, advertisements, websites, packaging, presentations, and print collateral.
  • Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to brainstorm and develop visual ideas and design strategies.
  • Translate creative briefs into design solutions with a clear understanding of brand language, tone, and visual consistency.
  • Develop mood boards, mockups, and prototypes for campaign pitches or product launches.
  • Handle end-to-end design execution, from ideation to final artwork and production-ready files.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, tools, design innovations, and competitor activities.
  • Ensure consistency of visual language and design quality across all channels and platforms.
  • Work on multiple projects simultaneously, meeting tight deadlines without compromising quality.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Graphic Designer and/or Visualiser, preferably in a creative agency, branding studio, or marketing team.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a wide range of creative work across digital and print media.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, etc.).
  • Good understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout design.
  • Basic knowledge of UI/UX principles and web/digital design trends is a plus.
  • Strong visualization skills with the ability to convert ideas into visual form effectively.
  • Attention to detail, creativity, and problem-solving mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Excellent time management and communication skills.

Preferred Skills (Optional but Beneficial):

  • Motion graphics or video editing skills (Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro).
  • Basic knowledge of 3D design tools (Blender, Cinema 4D).
  • Experience in illustration, photography, or hand sketching.
  • Familiarity with tools like Figma, Canva, or Sketch.
