What you will be doing:

• Oversee the administration, configuration, and maintenance of SharePoint Online and on-premises environments.
• User Support: Provide technical support to users, troubleshoot issues, and ensure timely resolution of problems related to SharePoint.
• Security and Compliance: Implement and maintain security measures to protect SharePoint data, including permissions management, data encryption, and compliance with organizational policies.
• Customize SharePoint sites, create workflows, and develop solutions using SharePoint Designer, Power Automate, and other tools to meet business requirements.
• Ensure regular backups of SharePoint data and develop disaster recovery plans to minimize data loss and downtime.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for SharePoint configurations, procedures, and best practices.
• Provide training and guidance to users on how to effectively use SharePoint features and functionalities.

What you bring:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience in managing SharePoint environments, including SharePoint Online and on-premises versions.
• Proficiency in SharePoint administration, PowerShell scripting, and knowledge of related technologies such as Microsoft 365, OneDrive, and Teams.
• Strong troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve SharePoint-related issues efficiently.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with team members and provide support to users.
• Certifications: Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: SharePoint Administrator Associate are a plus.
• Continuous Learning: A willingness to stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in SharePoint technologies and best practices.
