Mercara Gold Estate Coffee Plantation is a pioneer in Coffee Tourism activity in Coorg.

The estate features coffee tours, live roasting, coffee museum, cafe, chocolate experience center and a gift shop.

We are seeking a young and a very creative Chef to conceptualize and lead the establishment of a New restaurant at the estate. The cuisine will be based on South Indian cuisines and focus on fresh, home style offering with great presentations.

The Chef will lead the kitchen, restaurant development as well as recruitment, training, menu planning and execution of the project.

A smart salary package, generous bonuses, accommodation and other living benefits shall be part of the compensation for the deserving profile.

The right candidate will be independent minded, very creative and a attitude of excellence. The goal is to create a marque restaurant - a one of its kind on a coffee plantation

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50, ₹60,000.00 per month
