We are seeking a passionate and creative Social Media Manager to join our team. You will be responsible for assisting in the day-to-day management of our social media channels, creating engaging content, and execution

What You'll Do:

  • Lead end-to-end management of social media channels – LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter (X), YouTube and more.
  • Plan and execute content strategies that grow pages from 0 → 100K+ followers with strong engagement.
  • Create platform-first content, including Reels, short-form videos, and podcasts. (Comfort with being on-camera is a plus)
  • Track performance through analytics and use insights to constantly refine strategy.
  • Work closely with internal teams to align content with campaigns, business goals, and product launches.
  • Stay ahead of social trends, platform updates, and competitor activity.

What We're Looking For:

  • 3–6 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
  • Proven track record in growing social channels and communities at scale.
  • Strong understanding of financial products and markets (finance background is a plus).
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Creative thinking with the ability to deliver both strategy and execution.
  • Versatile storyteller, comfortable in video-first formats like Reels, Shorts, and podcasts.
