Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid Front Desk Manager role at Keystone Chambers. The Front Desk Manager will be responsible for customer satisfaction, customer service, receptionist duties, communication, and reservations. This role is located in Greater Delhi Area with some work from home flexibility.
Qualifications
- Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
- Receptionist Duties and Communication skills
- Experience in managing reservations
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or relevant field
