
Sales Executive

V.N. Ventures is looking for a hardworking and experienced Salesman to manage sales and dealer relations for our range of electrical products. The ideal candidate should be disciplined, self-driven, and capable of achieving monthly sales targets while supporting other operational functions of the firm.
- Responsibilities:Visit dealers, retailers, and project sites to promote and sell electrical products.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Follow up on orders, collections, and customer requirements.
- Provide accurate product information and assistance to clients.
- Submit daily visit and sales reports.
- Participate in other operational and support activities of the firm as required after sales.
- Requirements:Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of experience in sales of electrical or related products (strictly experienced candidates only).
- Vehicle: Must have own two-wheeler with valid driving license.
- Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
- Work Ethic: Hardworking, honest, disciplined, and result-oriented.
- Working Conditions:Weekly Off: Sundays are generally off. However, if required for any work, the candidate must report to duty without extra pay.
- Leave Policy: If leave is taken on Saturday or Monday, salary for Sunday will be deducted.
- Advance Policy: No salary advance will be provided.
Salary: Based on experience and performance.
