Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Electrical / Electronics Engineering.
  • Minimum 2–5 years of experience in sales & marketing of electrical products (panel boards, switchgear, cable trays, etc.).
  • Solid understanding of electrical distribution systems and panel board design.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to explain complex technical information clearly to clients.
  • Self-motivated, result-oriented, and comfortable working independently in a target-driven environment.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to promote and sell panel boards and cable trays.
  • Meet with clients (industries, contractors, consultants, builders, etc.) to understand their needs and provide tailored technical solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver technical presentations to explain products and services to potential customers.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term business partnerships.
  • Coordinate with the design and production team to ensure technical feasibility and client satisfaction.
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and exhibitions to promote the brand.
  • Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹200, ₹500,000.00 per year
