  • Oncology specialty coding experience preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately assign ICD-10-CM, CPT, and HCPCS codes for Interventional Radiology procedures with complexity Level 1, 2, 3 exposure.
  • Review clinical documentation to ensure compliance with coding guidelines and payer requirements.
  • Collaborate with physicians and clinical teams to clarify documentation and coding queries.
  • Maintain high accuracy and productivity standards while meeting turnaround times.
  • Stay updated on coding regulations, payer policies, and specialty-specific changes.

Qualifications:

  • Certified Professional Coder (CPC), Certified Coding Specialist (CCS), or equivalent certification. CIRC
  • Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology related to Interventional Radiology and Oncology.
  • Familiarity with coding softwares of EPIC, 3M, CAC and electronic health record systems.
