Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Senior Executive role at Indosol Solar Pvt. Ltd., located in East Godavari, Andhra Pradesh. The Senior Executive will be responsible for overseeing team operations, contributing to strategic planning, managing daily business activities, and ensuring the organization meets its targets and objectives. Responsibilities will include providing leadership, monitoring project execution, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring that organizational goals align with broader business objectives. The role also involves collaboration with senior leadership to enhance operational efficiency and drive innovation.

Qualifications

  • Extensive experience and expertise in operations management, strategic planning, and team leadership
  • Strong understanding of renewable energy, specifically solar PV systems and manufacturing processes
  • Proficiency in business management, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with project management, successful delivery of large-scale projects, and effective cross-functional team collaboration
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in using operational and project management tools and technology
  • Master's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field preferred
  • Knowledge of renewable energy policies, regulations, and the Production Linked Incentive (PLI) scheme is an added advantage
