  • Assist the Executive Chef in menu planning, recipe development, and food presentation.
  • Supervise day-to-day kitchen operations to ensure smooth workflow and timely service.
  • Train, guide, and motivate junior chefs and kitchen staff.
  • Maintain the highest standards of food quality, taste, and presentation.
  • Monitor food costs, portion control, and wastage to ensure profitability.
  • Ensure strict adherence to hygiene, sanitation, and safety standards (HACCP / FSSAI guidelines).
  • Manage inventory, requisitions, and stock rotation effectively.
  • Coordinate with service staff to ensure excellent customer satisfaction.
  • Step in as acting Head Chef in the absence of the Executive Chef.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30, ₹40,000.00 per month
