About the Role:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented CPI Delivery Manager to join our performance marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for onboarding new publisher partners and ensuring successful delivery and optimization of Cost-Per-Install (CPI) mobile marketing campaigns. You'll act as the bridge between our advertiser clients and our publisher network, ensuring campaigns go live smoothly and scale effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Publisher Onboarding: Identify and onboard new publishers and affiliate partners capable of driving mobile app installs.

Campaign Setup & Activation: Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate tracking setup, creatives, and campaign assets are shared with publishers.

Performance Monitoring: Monitor publisher traffic, ensure campaign KPIs (e.g., installs, retention, fraud rate) are met, and optimize delivery accordingly.

Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with publishers to maximize campaign performance and resolve delivery issues in real-time.

Compliance & Quality: Ensure publisher traffic complies with campaign requirements and fraud prevention standards.

Reporting: Provide regular performance updates, insights, and recommendations to internal stakeholders and advertisers.

Requirements:

Proven experience in mobile performance marketing, preferably in CPI or affiliate campaign delivery.

Strong understanding of CPI pricing models, attribution platforms (AppsFlyer, Adjust, Branch, etc.), and mobile tracking technologies.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Ability to manage multiple campaigns and partners simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Familiarity with ad fraud detection and compliance standards.
