Key Responsibilities

  • Household & Staff Management:

  • Supervising and coordinating household staff (chefs, maids, nannies, drivers) to ensure high standards of cleanliness and service.

  • Overseeing all aspects of daily home operations.

  • Acting as the liaison between principals and other staff.

  • Guest Services & Hospitality:

  • Greeting and attending to guests with personalised service and five-star precision.

  • Arranging meals, beverages, and formal dining settings.

  • Handling luggage, providing custom amenities, and personalising guest experiences.

  • Event & Function Coordination:

  • Planning and hosting private dinners, celebrations, and business events.

  • Coordinating with catering teams and vendors to ensure flawless execution.

  • Managing pre-event setup and post-event wrap-up.

  • Administrative & Financial Management:

  • Managing household budgets, petty cash, and household finances.

  • Maintaining inventories, ordering supplies, and managing household accounts.

  • Scheduling appointments for principals, such as medical arrangements or social engagements.

  • Personal Services:

  • Handling personal errands and tasks for principals and guests.

  • Assisting with travel arrangements, reservations, and packing for trips.
  • Managing personal wardrobes, including delicate laundry and dry-cleaning protocols.

Required Skills

  • Attention to Detail: The ability to notice and address small details to ensure excellence.
  • Discretion & Confidentiality: Respecting the privacy of the principals is paramount.
  • Organisational Skills: Excellent ability to manage multiple tasks and organise household operations efficiently.
  • Communication Skills: Politeness and strong verbal communication to interact effectively with principals, guests, and staff.
  • Flexibility: A willingness to work non-traditional hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • Experience: Proven experience in private households or the luxury hospitality industry.
