Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Tele-Fundraiser, located in Noida. The Tele-Fundraiser will connect with potential donors through phone calls, clearly communicate the goals and impact of the associated non-profit organizations, and build strong donor relationships. Responsibilities include explaining fundraisers' programs, addressing donor concerns, and accurately documenting donor details while meeting daily and weekly fundraising targets.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills
  • Customer Service expertise, with the ability to build donor relationships
  • Basic Computer Literacy, including data entry and CRM usage
  • Fundraising experience or knowledge of fundraising techniques is a plus
  • Ability to work with enthusiasm in a team-oriented environment
  • A positive attitude and a commitment to supporting non-profit causes

Salary Details

Ranges between Rs Rs.22000 monthly, plus attractive weekly & monthly incentives are provided.
