Job Description:

• Understand hiring requirements from technical teams and hiring managers.

• Source and attract candidates through various channels including job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, and recruitment agencies.

• Conduct initial screenings to assess candidate suitability (technical and cultural fit).

• Coordinate and schedule technical interviews and follow up on feedback.

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle: sourcing to onboarding.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment data in the applicant tracking system (ATS).

• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for future hiring needs.

• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

• Stay updated on the latest IT technologies and hiring trends.
