Job Summary:
We are seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to manage our front desk on a daily basis and to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. As the first point of contact for our company, the Receptionist plays a key role in creating a positive first impression for clients, visitors, and staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the office.
- Direct visitors to the appropriate person or department.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls in a professional manner.
- Maintain the reception area in a tidy and presentable condition.
- Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail/deliveries.
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document management.
- Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email.
- Coordinate with internal departments for meeting room bookings and office supplies.
- Handle queries and complaints promptly and professionally.
Requirements & Skills:
- Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g. printers, scanners).
- Professional attitude and appearance.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong customer service and organizational skills.
- Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- High school diploma; additional certification in Office Management is a plus.
Working Hours:
[ Monday to Saturday , 9:00 AM 5:00 PM]
