Process Analyst - RA Operations

Key Responsibilities
Should be able to analyze Prepaid Products
Quantify and report revenue leakage on Prepaid / DATA
Highlighting Revenue leakage points and recommending solution
Must be able to identify areas and opportunities of plugging revenue leakage,
Should be able to supervise and validate all technical upgrades and give required go ahead for new msc, SDP Migration, ICR etc.
Should undertake projects in functional area to enhance process the process efficiency.
Review and manage Prepaid/DATA revenue streams focusing on leakage.
Developing Prepaid/DATA service path and revenue path with linking to Network elements (SMSC, SMS
Gateways, MMSC, SGSN, GGSN, SGW , PGW, Voice Portal, MSC, TAS and IN)
Implement, review, modify and manage Revenue Assurance SOP's and manuals relating to Prepaid / DATA
controls
Handling of RA audits conducted by Internal/TRAI/STAT Auditors and should focus on removing exceptions
reported in earlier audits and consistently improve sap scores.

Experience & Skills
Ability to write queries & build logics in MS Access & Excel , SQL
Understanding of master data, effect of its incorrectness on transactions
Ability to work cross functional in order to achieve the common goal
Good Communication skills
