Job Description
We are looking for an experienced
Centre Manager
with strong expertise in
Operations and Sales
, specifically from the
Wellness, Beauty, Aesthetics, or Healthcare Centre
background.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the overall centre operations, staff management, and daily workflow.
  • Drive sales targets, revenue generation, and customer conversions.
  • Ensure excellent customer experience, retention, and relationship management.
  • Oversee inventory, billing, schedules, and compliance.
  • Monitor performance metrics and report centre growth.
  • Coordinate with marketing and management teams for centre promotions.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in Wellness Centre Operations/Sales.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and customer-handling skills.
  • Ability to manage teams and achieve monthly revenue targets.
  • Only candidates from wellness/aesthetic/beauty/healthcare centre backgrounds will be considered.
  • Immediate joiners highly preferred.
