step-by-stepThe Tech Analyst will act as a bridge between technical systems and operational excellence. This role requires expertise in technical documentation, API understanding, stakeholder coordination, and process optimization to support seamless onboarding of solar plants and improve user experience.

Role & responsibilities:

Documentation and Process Management

  • Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for onboarding solar plants with multiple inverter brands.
  • Develop SOPs, FAQs, bug resolution guides, error mitigation strategies, and prerequisites.
  • Build platform documentation, including usage guides and new feature release notes, for internal teams and end-users.

OEM & API Coordination

  • Work closely with Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) to implement client portal changes and ensure smooth platform integration.
  • Collaborate with OEMs to collect and prepare API documentation for new and existing inverters, including server transitions.

Analysis and Optimization

  • Identify gaps in current processes, recommend improvements, and ensure documentation is up-to-date, accessible, and user-friendly.
  • Support internal teams with clear technical guides for improved operational efficiency.

Preferred candidate profile

  • 24 years of experience in technical documentation (experience with solar IoT platforms is a strong advantage).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent written communication skills for creating clear, structured, and actionable documentation.
  • Comfortable working with APIs, understanding endpoints, data flows, and integration processes.
  • Proven ability to translate complex technical workflows into clear step by-step procedures.
  • Experience in coordinating with OEMs, internal teams, and vendors to gather requirements and drive documentation projects.
  • Ability to see the bigger picture (systems thinking) while managing intricate technical details.
  • Educational background is flexible candidates who are formally trained or self-taught are welcome, provided they can demonstrate the required skills.
