Admin & Sales Coordinator

Job Description :
To respond quickly and efficiently to all in-coming sales enquiries, receive through telephone, email and other sources. Prepare and email quotations to customers as per requirements received. Email communications with Customers for sending quotations, Follow-up calls with customers for purchase orders and pending payments. Maintaining proper accounts of stocks at branch warehouse with proper inward and outward process. Oversee Material Dispatch & Logistics. Timely billing and dispatch of materials to customer (that includes Invoice / DC & E-Way Bill Generation). Working towards supporting and coordination the Sales Team to ensure proper timely and accurate information system. Also assist the sales team with order processing and customer service as per need basis. Documentation and Communication support with regards to material imports on case to case basis.
Maintenance of regular day to day office administration, daily Petty Cash expenses. Prepare MIS reports as per sales team , accounts team , management's requirement.
General Requirement:
Any Graduate candidate, preferably B.Com. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, fast learner, Results-orientated and able to work in a small team environment with minimal supervision. Having good verbal and written communication skills with an ability to multitask. Strong ability to be organized and prioritize. This role would most suit someone who is comfortable working in a fast paced, entrepreneurial environment where both hard work and fun are valued. Willingness to learn new business tools and software as and when required
Computer Skills : Tech savvy person with good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel spreadsheets, PowerPoint and Internet. Accounting software Tally & / any other ERP software knowledge is must.
