Job Title: Assistant Production Manager

Department: Production

Reports To: Production Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Production Manager with at least 2 years of relevant experience to support daily production operations. The ideal candidate will help ensure efficient workflow, quality standards, and team coordination on the shop floor or production line.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Production Manager in overseeing daily production operations.
  • Supervise production staff and ensure tasks are completed on time and within quality standards.
  • Monitor production schedules and coordinate resources to meet targets.
  • Identify and report production issues; support quick resolution of downtime or delays.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
  • Maintain accurate production and shift reports.
  • Assist in implementing process improvements to enhance productivity.
  • Collaborate with quality control, maintenance, and inventory teams.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment.
  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Production Management, Engineering, or related field.
  • Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
  • Basic knowledge of production planning and quality control principles.
  • Proficient in MS Office and production software tools.
  • Ability to work in shifts and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
