Role Description

This full-time, on-site Junior Accountant role is based in Navi Mumbai, Sanpada The Junior Accountant will be responsible for maintaining financial records, reconciling accounts, preparing invoices, processing payments, and managing day-to-day accounting tasks. Additional responsibilities will include assisting with periodic financial reporting, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and collaborating with internal departments to support overall operational efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in general accounting practices, bookkeeping, and financial reporting
  • Experience with account reconciliation, invoice preparation, and payroll management
  • Knowledge of accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks) and Microsoft Excel
  • Understanding of tax compliance, GST filings, and regulatory reporting
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., Tally certification) or prior experience in a similar role is a plus
  • Advanced Excel Skills Data Sorting, Filter, Pivot Tables, Monthly MIS
