Project Finance Analyst

- Assist in the preparation, collation, and distribution of project finance documents, including term sheets, loan agreements, security packages, and drawdown notices, ensuring all versions are current and accurate.
- Maintain comprehensive electronic and physical filing systems for all loan-related documents and correspondence.
- Monitor and track compliance with Covenants (financial and non-financial) and conditions precedent/subsequent set forth in the loan agreements.
- Coordinate internal and external sign-offs and approvals for loan-related documentation and fund releases.
- Prepare and verify loan drawdown requests and repayment schedules, ensuring accuracy before submission to the bank.
- Process and track payment of commitment fees, interest, and principal repayments on scheduled dates.
- Assist in the preparation of internal and external reports on project financial status, including debt service coverage ratios (DSCR) and other key financial metrics, for banks and management.
- Manage the flow of financial models, ensuring the latest version is used for debt servicing projections and bank reporting.
