About the Team

The Ads team at Navi is responsible for delivering personalised and contextually relevant advertisements to customers within the app. By leveraging user insights and data-driven targeting, the team ensures ads feel like a natural and helpful part of the customer journey, ultimately driving both user satisfaction and incremental revenue for the business.

What We Expect From You

  • Lead a portfolio of strategic programs:
    Drive multiple complex, cross-functional programs from ideation to launch, ensuring they align with business objectives and deliver significant impact.
  • Forge and maintain senior-level relationships:
    Partner with senior leaders across engineering, product, sales, and marketing to influence roadmaps, secure resources, and ensure strategic alignment across the organisation.
  • Identify and solve problems:
    Proactively find roadblocks and inefficiencies, then create and implement solutions to keep things on track.
  • Drive process improvements:
    Continuously look for ways to make our processes better, faster, and more efficient across the entire ads cross org.
  • Leverage data to inform and influence business strategy:
    Define KPIs and use data-driven insights to report on the business impact of programmes, guiding future strategy and investment decisions
  • Provide executive-level communication:
    Deliver concise, high-impact updates to C-level leadership and key stakeholders. Articulate programme status, risks, and strategic impact with clarity and conviction.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment.
    Be adaptable, hands-on, and comfortable with ambiguity and change.

Must Haves

  • 3-5 years experience in a high growth/ambiguous environment.
  • Experience in growth/category/cross org teams of consumer internet products is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Strongly analytical and stakeholder management skills.
  • Tier 1 undergraduate/MBA education is preferred.
