About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and client-focused Australian Mortgage Executive to join our dynamic team in Ahmedabad. In this role, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end mortgage processes, providing expert advice to clients, and ensuring compliance with Australian lending regulations. Your expertise will contribute to delivering exceptional service and facilitating smooth mortgage transactions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Consultation:
    Assess clients' financial situations and provide tailored mortgage solutions
  • Loan Application Management:
    Oversee the complete mortgage application process, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.
  • Stakeholder Coordination:
    Liaise with lenders, real estate agents, and clients to facilitate seamless transactions.
  • Compliance Adherence:
    Ensure all activities comply with Australian mortgage regulations and company policies.
  • Documentation Management:
    Maintain accurate and organized mortgage documentation and records.
  • Market Awareness:
    Stay updated on Australian mortgage products, market trends, and regulatory changes.

Qualifications

  • Experience:
    Minimum of 1 year in the Australian mortgage industry.
  • Education:
    Bachelor's degree in finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Skills:
