Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Caller, located in Delhi, India. The Caller will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients and customers via phone to introduce and explain Subtech's products and services. Key tasks include obtaining customer information, answering inquiries, recording details of conversations, and scheduling follow-up calls. The Caller will also be expected to provide excellent customer service and report feedback to the sales team for generating leads and improving engagement.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in customer service and telemarketing
  • Ability to explain technical terms and products clearly
  • Excellent data entry and record-keeping abilities
  • Proficiency in using CRM software
  • Ability to work effectively in a team
  • High school diploma or equivalent required, a degree in a relevant field is a plus
