Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and monitor daily site activities to ensure work is executed as per drawings, specifications, and schedule.
  • Manage labor, allocate work, and ensure productivity.
  • Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and vendors for smooth workflow.
  • Ensure adherence to safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
  • Maintain daily site reports (work progress, labor attendance, and material usage).
  • Inspect materials delivered and used at site for quality and quantity.
  • Resolve site issues and escalate major problems to project manager/engineer.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and client requirements.
  • Monitor usage of tools, equipment, and materials to avoid wastage.
  • Support in planning, scheduling, and timely completion of work.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Diploma / ITI / Graduate in Civil Engineering or equivalent (preferred).
  • 1–3 years of experience as Site Supervisor in construction industry.
  • Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety practices.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to read drawings and execute work accordingly.
  • Proficiency in maintaining site documentation and reports.
