The Site Supervisor for PEB (Pre-Engineered Buildings) is responsible for overseeing and managing the on-site construction activities of PEB projects. This includes coordinating with subcontractors, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, maintaining quality control, and ensuring project timelines and budgets are met. The Site Supervisor will work closely with the Project Manager to ensure the successful execution of all project phases.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Supervision and Coordination**:

- Oversee daily site operations and coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and workers.
- Ensure all construction activities are performed according to design specifications and drawings.
- Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to schedules and deadlines.
- **Quality Control**:

- Implement and maintain quality control procedures to ensure the highest standard of work.
- Conduct regular inspections and assessments of construction work to identify and rectify any issues.
- **Safety Compliance**:

- Enforce safety protocols and ensure a safe working environment for all personnel on site.
- Conduct regular safety meetings and training sessions to promote safety awareness.
- **Resource Management**:

- Manage and allocate resources effectively, including manpower, materials, and equipment.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory and usage of construction materials.
- **Communication and Reporting**:

- Provide regular updates to the Project Manager regarding project status, progress, and any issues encountered.
- Maintain detailed site records, including daily logs, inspection reports, and safety documentation.
- **Problem Solving**:

- Address and resolve any on-site issues or conflicts promptly.
- Work collaboratively with the project team to develop solutions to construction challenges.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**:

- Diploma or degree in Civil / Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- **Experience**:

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction site supervision, with a focus on PEB projects.
- Proven track record of managing and delivering construction projects on time and within budget.
- **Skills**:

- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and equipment used in PEB projects.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting construction drawings and specifications.
- Ability to use construction management software and tools.

**Working Conditions**:

- The role requires working on construction sites, which may involve exposure to various weather conditions and physical demands.
- Availability to work extended hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed to meet project deadlines.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
