Job Summary:

We are seeking a qualified and motivated Assistant Professor in Computer Science/IT to join our academic team in Pune. The candidate will be responsible for delivering lectures, guiding students, conducting research, and contributing to curriculum development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality lectures and practical sessions for undergraduate and/or postgraduate students.
  • Design course materials, assignments, and assessments in line with curriculum standards.
  • Guide and mentor students on academic and career-related matters.
  • Conduct research, publish papers, and contribute to academic conferences.
  • Collaborate with colleagues on curriculum development and departmental initiatives.
  • Participate in faculty meetings, workshops, and academic events.
  • Maintain records of students' performance, attendance, and academic activities.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong knowledge of Computer Science/IT subjects (Programming, Databases, Networking, Software Development).
  • Effective communication, presentation, and teaching skills.
  • Ability to inspire and mentor students.
  • Research aptitude and familiarity with academic publications.
  • Organizational and time-management skills.

  • Candidates with MCA/BCA qualification and prior experience in higher education preferred.
