DESIGNATION: Graphic Designer Cum Video Editor

ROLE DEFINITION

A Graphic Designer Cum Video Editor is responsible for creating professional art designs as digital graphics. He/she assembles images, typography, signatures, newsletters, logos, or motion graphics (videography) for any website, banner, flyer, EDM or brochure to publish over the internet. Working with Coral Draw, Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Premiere Pro should be a part of his profile.

RESPONSIBILITY DELIVERABLE

  • Create visual aspects of marketing materials, websites and other media, including infographics
  • Consult and coordinate with clients' marketing, copywriting and sales teams to create cohesive designs that reflect our clients' corporate cultures and goals
  • Work with a wide range of media and use graphic design software
  • Perform retouching and manipulation of images
  • Create print-ready materials in the requested format like PDF or CDR files
  • Long & short videos creation and editing

TASKS & ACTIVITIES

→ Competitor's Analysis

  • Reviewing competitor's websites designs
  • Monitor social media post designs
  • Tracking trending newsletter designs

→ Graphic Design & Video Editing:

  • Design web pages, brochures, logos, signs, infographics, banners, advertisements, Videos and other communication materials.
  • Use the appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic
  • Work with copywriters and creative director to produce final design
  • Design print-ready layouts for standee, banners, lanyard, creative banners, stage designs, selfie-stand, mirror-printing designs, etc.
  • Test graphics across various media
  • Amend designs after feedback

Innovation:

  • Implementing new ideas and tools to improve quality
  • Suggesting new thoughts and ideas, which would enable value-building and innovation in the process.

Performance:

Constantly improving performance in the top-line KPI's such as Productivity (numbers), Quality, Turn Around Time, Discipline (Behavior) and Attendance

QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma
  • 1+ years in professional commercial design, preferably with a marketing or creative agency
  • Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Photoshop, Canva)
  • Knowledge of Video Editing and Adobe Premier Pro tool.

Note: Work from Office

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contractual / Temporary

Contract length: 12 months

Pay: ₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
