Job Overview

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer & Video Editor to develop social media posts, posters, branding creatives, and short-form videos for our FMCG brand. The ideal candidate should have a strong visual sense, good design thinking, and the ability to create clean, modern, and high-quality content.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design social media posts, reels, short videos, and promotional graphics.
  • Create posters, flyers, banners, and product-related creatives.
  • Develop conceptual logo ideas and branding elements when required.
  • Edit videos for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube Shorts, etc.
  • Work with the marketing team to brainstorm and execute creative campaigns.
  • Ensure all designs are original, modern, and aligned with brand guidelines.
  • Use royalty-free content only; no copyrighted material.
  • Deliver assignments on time with high-quality execution.

Requirements

  • Basic to intermediate skills in Canva / Photoshop / Illustrator / Premiere Pro / CapCut.
  • Creativity, visual sense, and ability to present ideas clearly.
  • Understanding of layouts, color balance, and clean design.
  • Ability to edit short-form videos (10–30 seconds).
  • Strong attention to detail and originality.
  • Ability to work full-time on-site at Pitampura.
  • Freshers with good portfolios are welcome to apply.

Assignment for Applicants

Shortlisted candidates will be given a Design & Video Task, which includes:

Task 1: Social Media Post Design

  • Topic: "5 Quick Morning Habits for a Productive Day"
  • Deliverable: 1080×1080 px post
  • Use bright, appealing colors
  • Include 2–3 short highlights

Task 2: Poster / Flyer Design

  • Topic: "Free Community Event – Join Us"
  • Deliverable: A4 size
  • Include headline, date, time, location (make up details)
  • Clean, modern design

Task 3: Logo Sketch (Concept)

  • Program name: "ThriveWell" (use as brand placeholder; not health-related)
  • Provide 2 variations (color/ style/ symbol differences)

Task 4: Short Video (Instagram Reel)

  • Topic: "Morning Routine Ideas"
  • Deliverable: 20–30 sec vertical video
  • Include text overlays and royalty-free music
  • End with a call-to-action

All work must be original. No AI-generated graphics or videos.
