As a Sales Executive, you will be the face of Tripnaari to prospective customers. Your primary responsibility will be to drive trip bookings, build lasting relationships, and ensure a seamless pre-trip experience. You'll work closely with the sales and content teams to convert leads into loyal travelers.

  • Proactively reach out to leads via calls, emails, and social media to promote upcoming trips
  • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable travel packages
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and bookings in CRM systems
  • Collaborate with the content and operations teams to ensure alignment on trip offerings
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to team goals
  • Provide timely follow-ups and ensure customer satisfaction pre-departure
  • Participate in weekly reviews and report performance metrics to the Manager .
