Job Title: Manager Sales
Location: Delhi
CTC Range: 20 to 22 LPA
Experience: 10 to 12 years in sales or business development (STP equipment)
Qualification: B.E./Diploma in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales & Business Growth:
Drive sales of wastewater treatment technologies including screening systems, grit treatment, sludge management, etc., ensuring achievement of assigned business targets in North India. - Client & Partner Engagement:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with municipal corporations, water supply and sewerage boards, consultants, and EPC contractors to establish the company as a preferred vendor. - Technical Selling & Tendering:
Analyze tender documents and specifications thoroughly to prepare well-structured and compliant bids in coordination with the internal proposal and engineering team. - Opportunity Identification:
Proactively identify and create bidding opportunities by tracking upcoming infrastructure projects and ensuring the company is positioned to participate in all relevant tenders. - Project Execution Support:
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth handover, execution of awarded projects, and timely payment collections from clients. - Reporting & Strategy:
Provide regular market feedback, competitor insights, and customer expectations to align sales strategy with market demand.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a technical equipment domain, preferably in wastewater treatment.
- Strong network and working relationships with municipal clients, engineering consultants, and EPC contractors.
- Experience in technical bidding, tender documentation, and negotiation for large infrastructure projects.
- Sound understanding of STP technologies and project-based selling.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, team-oriented, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
