Role Description

We are seeking an experienced Ecommerce Specialist (Cosmetics) for an on-site, full-time position in Noida. The Ecommerce Specialist will be responsible for managing and optimizing ecommerce operations, including listing products, overseeing digital inventory, analyzing sales data, coordinating marketing campaigns, and ensuring the seamless execution of online store processes. This role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve the user experience and implement strategies to increase conversions and customer satisfaction in the cosmetics sector.

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of Ecommerce Operations, including inventory management and product listing
  • Expertise in Digital Marketing and campaign management
  • Proficiency in Data Analysis and Sales Performance Metrics
  • Strong Communication and Collaboration skills
  • Excellent attention to detail for ensuring content quality and customer experience
  • Familiarity with trends and best practices in the cosmetics industry is a plus
