Role Description

This
is a full-time on-site role for an E-commerce Specialist located in Noida.
The E-commerce Specialist will manage daily operations of the e-commerce platform (Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, Myntra, etc), oversee product listings, and maintain inventory accuracy.
Key responsibilities include conducting data analysis, implementing sales strategies, monitoring website performance, ensuring a seamless customer experience, and collaborating with internal teams to optimize the online store for maximum conversions.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in E-Commerce operations and implementation of sales strategies
  • Strong analytical skills to evaluate data and optimize online store performance
  • Exceptional Customer Service and Communication skills to address inquiries and enhance user experience
  • Understanding of sales processes and ability to drive online sales
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Experience in digital marketing or knowledge of SEO and SEM practices is a plus
  • Relevant experience in e-commerce or retail and a bachelor's degree in a related field
