Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager located in West Delhi. The Human Resources Manager will oversee employee relations, recruitment, compliance, and training. Key responsibilities include managing hiring processes, developing HR policies, conducting performance reviews, ensuring legal compliance, and facilitating employee development programs. The role also involves maintaining a positive workplace culture and addressing employee concerns effectively.

Qualifications

  • Experience in employee relations, recruitment, and compliance
  • Strong skills in developing HR policies and conducting performance reviews
  • Knowledge of training and development programs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
  • A recruitment specialist who can recruit people under emergency situation.

  • A trainer and educator of the employees
  • A head hunter for the right candidates who can bring results and value addition to the company
  • A person who knows his goals and can work as per the mission and vision of the company
  • A person who nurtures/grooms the right candidates and fires within time the time wasters.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Experience in the healthcare or medical devices industry is a plus
