Working Days:

Monday to Friday (5 Days a Week)

Stipend:

₹10,000 – ₹25,000 per month (based on experience and performance)

Role Overview:

As an HR Intern, you will gain hands-on experience across different areas of Human Resources. You will work closely with the HR team to assist in recruitment, employee engagement, HR operations, and compliance activities. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to understand the inner workings of HR and prepare for a career in human resources.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in sourcing and screening candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
  • Support scheduling and coordination of interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Help with onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
  • Assist in drafting job descriptions and publishing openings across platforms.
  • Coordinate and support employee engagement initiatives.
  • Help prepare HR reports, presentations, and documentation.
  • Contribute to HR operations, policy implementation, and compliance activities.

Who You Are:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Eager to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with HR/recruitment tools (LinkedIn, Naukri, ATS) is a plus.
