Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Manager located in West Delhi. The Human Resources Manager will oversee the day-to-day HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations. The role also involves developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with the company's objectives, managing HR records, and facilitating training and development programs to enhance employees' skills and productivity.

Qualifications

  • Experience in recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations
  • Strong knowledge of performance management and HR compliance
  • Proficiency in developing and implementing HR strategies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage HR records and facilitate training and development programs
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Previous experience in the healthcare sector is a plus
  • Certification in HRM or relevant qualifications is preferable
