Role & responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain embedded firmware for microcontroller systems.
  • Work with cross-functional teams (hardware, software, and testing) to define system architecture and requirements.
  • Develop, debug, and optimize code in embedded C for RTOS and bare-metal environments.
  • Integrate sensors, communication modules (e.g., BLE, Wi-Fi, UART, SPI, I2C, CAN), and peripheral interfaces.
  • Conduct unit testing, system validation, and debugging using oscilloscopes, logic analysers, and protocol analysers.
  • Participate in design reviews, code reviews, and documentation of development processes.
  • Support product certification, Value Engineering, manufacturing, and field-testing activities.
  • Stay updated with emerging embedded technologies and suggest improvements for product performance and reliability.

Required Skills:

  • Hands-on experience with ARM Cortex-M (Microcontrollers) .
  • Strong proficiency in C/C++ programming for embedded platforms.
  • Good understanding of microcontroller architectures (e.g., ARM Cortex-M, STM32, PIC, ESP32, etc.).
  • Experience in IDE Keil / IAR / MPLAB / CubeIDE / CCS / GCC etc.
  • Experience with communication protocols (UART, SPI, I2C, CAN, Modbus, BLE, Wi-Fi, etc.)
  • Familiarity with hardware debugging tools and techniques.
  • Knowledge of power optimization, bootloaders, and firmware OTA updates is a plus.
  • Experience with version control systems .
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment

Qualification:

  • Bachelors or Master's degree in Electronics, Electrical, Computer Engineering, or related
  • field
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in embedded firmware development.
  • Experience in hardware design and circuit development for application
