Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an AI Trainer located in Delhi, India. The AI Trainer will be responsible for training AI models, annotating data, performing quality checks, validating model outputs, and collaborating with development teams. Daily tasks include gathering and preparing datasets, providing feedback to improve AI functionalities, and maintaining a thorough documentation process to ensure consistent training standards.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in data annotation and dataset preparation
  • Experience in AI model training, validation, and quality checks
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills to work with development teams
  • Knowledge in maintaining comprehensive documentation
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI/Machine Learning, or related field
  • Relevant experience in e-learning and accessibility standards is a plus
  • Ability to work on-site in Delhi, India
