Job Description: AI Trainer (Contract – 2.5 Months)

About the Role

We are seeking an AI Trainer
 to support our artificial intelligence projects by training and fine-tuning AI systems. The role involves working closely with our product and research teams to improve model accuracy, data quality, and contextual understanding. This is a short-term contractual role suited for individuals who are detail-oriented, comfortable with data handling, and have an interest in AI/ML.

Key Responsibilities

  • Train and fine-tune AI systems through data annotation, validation, and feedback loops.
  • Evaluate AI model outputs for accuracy, relevance, and quality.
  • Provide linguistic, contextual, or domain-specific feedback to enhance AI performance.
  • Collaborate with the core AI/ML and product team to ensure training tasks align with project goals.
  • Follow defined guidelines and maintain high levels of accuracy in data processing.
  • Document findings, patterns, and areas of improvement for continuous model enhancement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (or pursuing) in Computer Science, Data Science, Linguistics, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong communication skills and proficiency in English (knowledge of Hindi/regional languages is a plus).
  • Basic understanding of AI/ML concepts or willingness to quickly learn.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
  • Available to work full-time for the contract duration (2.5 months).

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

  • Prior experience in AI/ML training, data annotation, or NLP-related projects.
  • Familiarity with tools/platforms for annotation, labeling, or model training.
  • Exposure to Chatbots, Generative AI, or LLM-based systems.
