Job Description:

We are looking for a highly experienced and strategic Human Resources/IT/Admin to lead and manage the HR functions of our growing real estate organization based in Mira Road. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in all core HR functions with a proven track record in employee management, labor law compliance, organizational development, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

· Responsible for leading the overall Human Resources function for the organization.

· Must have 12 to 15 years of HR experience with strong exposure to the real estate industry for at least 2 to 4 years.

· Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals and company culture.

· Manage the full recruitment life cycle including manpower planning, sourcing, interviewing, onboarding, and retention.

· Design and execute training & development programs to support employee growth and organizational effectiveness.

· Lead the performance management process including goal setting, appraisals, and feedback systems.

· Develop and manage compensation structures, salary benchmarking, benefits programs, and incentive plans.

· Ensure compliance with all labor laws, government regulations, and company policies.

· Handle employee relations, grievance redressal, disciplinary actions, and engagement activities.

· Create, implement, and update HR policies and SOPs as per industry best practices.

· Coordinate with department heads to ensure workforce productivity and effective HR support.

· Oversee day-to-day HR operations including attendance, payroll coordination, HRMS, and documentation.

· Foster a positive work environment and drive initiatives to improve employee satisfaction and culture.

Key Requirements:

· Postgraduate degree in Human Resources (MBA/PGDM or equivalent).

· Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and real estate industry practices.

· Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.

· Proficiency in using HRMS tools and MS Office.

· Ability to manage cross-functional teams and drive organizational change.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹1,400,000.00 per year
