Technical Expertise:Understand the technical aspects of products/services thoroughly.Prepare and deliver technical presentations to explain products or services.Work with engineers to understand customer requirements and provide solutions.Customer Engagement:Act as the main point of contact for clients during the pre-sales and post-sales process.Understand client needs and tailor technical solutions accordingly.Conduct product demonstrations, site visits, and technical discussions.Team Leadership & Collaboration:Lead and support the technical sales team.Collaborate with internal departments (engineering, R&D, marketing, operations).Provide training and support for team members and clients.Reporting & Forecasting:Maintain accurate records of sales activities, forecasts, and customer interactions.Analyze market trends and competitor activity.Report progress to senior management.
