Core Responsibilities and Duties

1. Guest Services and Hospitality (Front-of-House Management)

• Warmly greet all guests as they arrive and thank them as they depart.
• Manage the restaurant's reservation book, online booking system, and waitlist during peak hours.
• Provide accurate wait times and monitor the waiting area to ensure guest comfort.
• Escort guests to their tables, present menus, and inform them of their server's name or any daily specials.
• Address minor guest complaints and concerns calmly and professionally, escalating major issues to a manager.

2. Seating and Flow Management

• Control the flow of the dining room by organizing the seating chart.
• Coordinate seating arrangements to ensure an equitable distribution of customers (table rotation) among all servers.
• Communicate regularly with the waitstaff, bussers, and kitchen staff regarding seating capacity and table status.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹14,000.00 per month
