Job Title: Influencer Marketing Manager

Location: South Delhi (Okhla)

Work Days: 6 Days a Week

Budget: Up to ₹6 LPA

Experience Level: 2-5 Years (Preferred)

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly driven and analytical Influencer Marketing Manager to join our team in South Delhi. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience working with mega influencers and celebrity influencers, with a proven track record of executing high-impact campaigns. A background in an agency environment is a strong plus.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategize, plan, and execute influencer marketing campaigns across various platforms (Instagram, YouTube, etc.)
  • Build and manage relationships with celebrity, macro, and mega influencers.
  • Negotiate deliverables, timelines, and budgets with influencers and their teams.
  • Analyze campaign performance metrics and generate actionable insights to improve ROI.
  • Collaborate closely with the content, social media, and brand teams to align influencer campaigns with business goals.
  • Identify upcoming influencer trends and new talent.
  • Maintain a well-organized influencer database and tracking system.

Requirements:

  • 2-5 years of experience in influencer marketing; agency background is preferred.
  • Proven experience working with celebrity and mega influencers.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to optimize campaign performance.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of social media trends and platforms (especially Instagram, YouTube, etc.).
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, 6-day work environment.
  • Based in or willing to work from South Delhi (Okhla location).
