Applicator Development Manager

Job Responsibilities
 Identify potential water proofing applicators, Tile applicators etc

 On boarding and listing of applicators in Utec platform

 Mapping the Applicators serviceability and ensuring applicators are serviceable (All zonal pin codes)

 Campaign management in Utec Platform for Water proofing and Tile fixing as a solution

 Building lead sharing module and ensuring execution of the works, feedback from customer etc

 Segmentation of applicators – IHB/ Projects,

 Designing modus operand for Apply-supply model

 Designing Applicators engagement programs, frequency of program etc and ensuring its execution in Zones

 Training and upskilling program for Applicators team

 Identifying institution involved in conducting training, tie-up, joint certification

 Keeping close Association with various institution involved in Waterproofing, etc.

 Guarantee/ Warranty Management

 Designing Loyalty program for applicators and executing the same effectively

 Reward / Recognition program - Top Performing Applicators club

 Awareness of New Products, its uses and specification - for on boarded Applicators

 Designing various schemes for applicators, implementing it and measuring the effectiveness

 Tracking sales through applicators

 Tracking and resolving customer complaints related to applicators work
