About the role
As a Program Manager, you will make an impact by overseeing, managing and building a large Applicant Tracking System (ATS) program. The primary focus will be India but could possibly be scaled to other countries at a later point. You will work collaboratively with the Talent Acquisition Group (TAG), Talent Supply Chain (TSC), Operations and other related teams. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and the ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders in corporate functions to drive business outcomes.
In this role, you will:
- Lead and manage projects in the Talent Acquisition domain, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders, including leaders of Corporate Functions such as Talent Acquisition Group (TAG), Talent Supply Chain (TSC), and Operations teams and to understand and prioritize business requirements with long term benefits
- Develop and execute project roadmap, including defining project scope, streamlining business process, deliverables, and timelines.
- Manage project budgets, resources, and risks, ensuring effective utilization of resources and tools.
- Drive the use of AI and other emerging technologies to enhance operational efficiency.
- Understanding of the recruiting and related activities in a large IT enterprise – including lateral, campus, contracting (3rd party), etc.
- Ability to influence and balance the business priorities and technical requirements. Also, facilitate communication and collaboration among project teams, stakeholders, and senior management and provide regular updates and reports on project status, risks, and issues to senior management and stakeholders.
- Mentor and guide business analysts and project managers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
Ability to lead & guide business analysts for transforming the business requirements to system specifications and to work closely with system delivery head and their leads for timely delivery to the business requirements.

What you need to have to be considered
- 15+ or more years of experience in IT and business/industry.
- 5-7 years of leadership responsibilities.
- Demonstrated experience in leading diverse teams.
- Experience with one or more project management methodologies.
- Ability to work in a matrix organization with build team members reporting into a horizontal delivery team and the recruiting function brining in functional expertise.
Education:
- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, information systems, business administration, or a related field, or equivalent work experience. MBA will be an added advantage.
