Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and manage end-to-end digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and others.
  • Handle day-to-day management of social media accounts, including content scheduling, engagement, and performance tracking.
  • Assist in developing and implementing SEO and SEM strategies to increase online visibility and website traffic.
  • Coordinate with the content, design, and performance teams to ensure alignment across all marketing channels.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics and KPIs using tools like Google Analytics and Meta Business Suite.
  • Research current digital trends and suggest innovative ideas for campaign optimization and audience engagement.
  • Manage email marketing campaigns, database updates, and marketing automation workflows.
  • Support the creation of marketing strategies tailored to client goals and brand objectives.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in an agency environment.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and other marketing platforms.
  • Basic knowledge of design tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite (added advantage).
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
