- Experience Required: 15+ years
Project Planning & Delivery
- Manage full-cycle SAP projects including implementations, rollouts, upgrades, and migrations (ECC to S/4HANA).
- Define and maintain comprehensive project plans, timelines, and resource forecasts.
- Ensure delivery of project objectives through effective management of scope, budget, risks, and quality.
Stakeholder & Governance Management
- Collaborate with CXOs, Business Heads, and IT leaders to define and align project goals.
- Lead steering committee meetings and present executive-level dashboards.
- Drive change management and training efforts for global user adoption.
Team Leadership
- Manage global, cross-functional teams including SAP consultants, business analysts, developers, and third-party vendors.
- Provide leadership, coaching, and motivation to project team members.
- Ensure effective resource allocation and productivity management.
Risk, Compliance, and Quality
- Establish robust governance frameworks including RAID logs, change control boards, and audit compliance.
- Apply ITIL/PMO standards and ensure GxP/SOX compliance where applicable.
Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelor's or master's degree in business, IT, Engineering, or related field.
- 12+ years of SAP experience, with at least 6 years in Project/Program Management roles.
- Have a good understanding of BTP, CPI, AI Joule, SAC & Signavio.
- Hands-on experience managing SAP modules such as FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, PM, WM, or SuccessFactors.
- Expertise in SAP Activate, Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid delivery models.
- Familiarity with S/4HANA transformations (Greenfield, Brownfield, Central Finance).
